Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), Hookah Zone is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check around your property or with neighbors for the package.

2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.

3. File a claim with the shipping carrier for potential resolution.
