Yes, you can trade in multiple hookahs during a single visit. However, the trade-in credit for each hookah must be applied individually to separate new hookah purchases.
Can I trade my hookah for cash or store credit?
No, the trade-in value is offered as a discount on a new hookah purchase only. The value cannot be redeemed for cash or converted to store credit, and it must be used on the same day as the trade-in.
Can I use the trade-in discount for products other than a hookah?
No, the trade-in credit is only valid toward the purchase of a new hookah. It cannot be used for any other items, including accessories, parts, or tobacco.
Do I have to make a purchase immediately after the trade-in?
Yes, the trade-in credit must be applied immediately and used on the same day as the trade-in. Once the trade-in is assessed and the offer is provided, you must use the credit to purchase a new hookah at that time.
What happens if i change my mind after trading in my hookah?
Once the trade-in process is completed and the discount is applied to a new hookah purchase, the transaction is final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Please ensure you are satisfied with the trade-in value and your new hookah before completing the purchase.
Can Hookah Zone refuse a trade?
Yes, Hookah Zone reserves the right to refuse any trade-in for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, concerns about the ownership or legitimacy of the hookah being traded, or if the item is damaged beyond reasonable repair.
